The People's WhistleBlower Complaint

We, the people of the United States, are filing this Whistleblower Complaint to all members of Congress and the committees that oversee Executive Branch actions.

A Whistleblower Complaint is an official way for citizens to report serious problems, corruption, illegal activity, or threats to the public, our freedoms, or the Constitution—especially when government officials fail to do their duty or break the law.

We are filing this complaint because we have seen voluminous, clear and widely public examples of serious crimes and corruption by the President and the Executive Branch. We have also seen Congress fail to do its job to hold them accountable as an elected check and balance. The Constitution gives Congress the power and responsibility to check the actions of the President and the Executive Branch.

 

When Congress refuses to act, it weakens our democracy and moves us closer to a government controlled by only a few people – meaning Autocracy, Oligarchy, and Kleptocracy.

We, the people, demand that Congress use its full authority to investigate, expose, and stop wrongdoing in any part of the government—the Executive, Legislative, or Judicial Branches. These wrongdoings include:

• Abuse of power and authority

• Abuse of Congress and the courts

• Improper use of war powers

• Corruption, graft, self-dealing, and personal gain

• Failure to perform official duties

• Lack of character, verity, morality necessary for the Presidency

• Conspiracy and fraud

• Attacks on free speech

• Spreading lies and misinformation without evidence, proof or transparency

 

We call on Congress to immediately conduct full and fair investigations, with honesty and 100% transparency to the public. In these investigations, Congress must show that it serves only the people and the Constitution—not the President, not the Executive Branch, and not any political party.
